By Craig Walker

Florida is a very popular holiday destination and as such you can normally find affordable Florida flights from almost anywhere in the world. You can generally fly to Florida from most UK airports including London, Manchester, Newcastle, Aberdeen and Edinburgh. You will find a great array of flights that may also come as part of a vacation deal

Florida is popular because it has many attractions such as Disney World, Epcot, Miami beach, the Everglades, and kilometres of sandy beaches on the west coast. You can find flights to most areas of the state that may get you nearer to a specific attraction.

Despite the recent cuts in airline flights and services worldwide, flights to Florida from around the world are going well as it is still a preferred holiday region. Though the least costly price may not be as cheap as it was in the past with little extra costs for luggage and security charges however you can still get a very affordable ticket with a little searching.

To get the best price you may need to travel off-peak. Avoid Florida in the summer, during the busy vacation periods and any US school holiday dates. Florida is still lovely during the fall and spring months and if you go down south it will still be pleasant and warm in the middle of the winter. Further more you will not have to deal with mobs of tourists at attractions as well as expensive price hikes for the popular season. If you have to go during the busier times try and plan your routes so you avoid busy parts during the busiest times of the day.

Florida is the main gateway for international flights coming from South America and the southern regions. Airport security is tight so you should remember to find what you can and can't pack or carry on before you get any infants the airport. Also in Florida the weather can also be very uncertain, particularly during hurricane season so make sure to check the weather report prior to flying or planning your holiday. - 29977
